This is the terms of service for all of my commissions! I have two commission sheets, my standard style, and my rubberhose style.To view either of them, click the images below!

"What do I have to do?"
You can contact me on either Discord (uncannyvilla) or Email ([email protected]).
Please provide at least one reference image for the character(s) you want drawn.
You can pay through Ko-Fi tipping (Includes Paypal), or directly through Stripe.
Payment can be provided either upfront, or half at the start, half right before the finished commission is given to you.
Requesting major changes (e.g. alterations to the pose, heavily redone lineart) past the completed sketch requires an extra fee (exact amount depends).
I will update you on progress upon completion (or near completion) of each stage of the commission, such as lineart and coloring.

*If you're not sure what you want is too complicated, just show me it during commission discussion and I can tell you.I have the right to decline any commission if the request makes me uncomfortable.
"What can I do with my commission?"
Use it for personal use.
Create a physical reproduction of it (e.g. prints) with no plans of selling them.
When sharing your commission online, I ask that you credit me as the artist.
"What can't I do with my commission?"
Claim it as your own creation.
Heavily edit it, nor commission another artist to finish it (say, an uncolored piece) without my permission.
Commercially redistribute it.
Use it for NFT or AI related projects.
"What about refunds?"
You reserve the right to a full refund only if I have not gone past the sketching phase of the piece. If you approve the sketch I show you and I proceed to the lineart, the only way to receive a refund is if I myself cancel the commission.Notice: These commissions are digital goods! I cannot physically send them to you.
